We were looking for BBQ this weekend and a friend recommended this place. We ordered, the brisket(burnt ends), beef ribs, pork ribs, and chicken fajita. The sides we ordered included, the Mac n cheese, potato salad, and spaghetti as a group. All of the food was delicious! The brisket definitely stole the show. The beef ribs were a bit dry but flavorful. The best part of our experience was definitely the service we received, Alanna was personable and patient with us while deciding what to order. Thank you and I’m sure we will be returning.

Just had a fantastic lunch at what I think is the absolute BEST BBQ joint in the City of Corpus Christi. I had seen it passing by on Kostoryz many times but never stopped to try it, but after seeing so many very positive reviews on Facebook page "Corpus Christi Food Finds", then when looking for address on Google Maps, I found it was rated 4.9 out of 5!! So I had to go try it. And OMG, my now go to place for BBQ in Corpus, much better than any other in town, and I've tried most of them. In the Coastal Bend Area, it's Butter's BBQ in Sinton, but here in town, this IS the place. I had a two meat plate, and yes they so combo plates that includes 2 sides. I got the "Marbled" Brisket and Pork "Center Cut" Ribs. Both were OUTSTANDING! Both had great flavor with a good smoke penetration and smoke ring, and both were extremely tender. Their Beans were very good too. The only criticism I have was that the potato salad, although good, was a little bland. It needs more seasoning and maybe a little sweet pickle relish. And the prices are very reasonable too. Can't wait to go back and try other items.

Everything tasted amazing. Great staff. The pickup needs a good cleaning though. The BBQ sauce is addictive, sweet with a bit of tang. The picture is of pork ribs, chicken fajitas, cheddar jalapeño sausage, and torpedoes and all the sides we got. Takes about 30min to get your food. Parking and inside seating is very limited.

I’ve never waited for a bbq place to open before but when the hours are listed as 11-2 (or sold out)… you wait - and it was well worth the wait! By the time they opened, there were at least 20 people waiting in line so I’m glad I got there early. I got the 4 meat plate (brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and ribs) with 2 sides - potato salad and mac ‘n cheese. The meat was tender, well seasoned and well smoked - full of flavor! The potato salad was creamy and delicious and the macaroni and cheese… Well, as soon as I saw the cavatappi pasta, I knew they knew what they were doing. I greatly enjoyed it (and bonus: leftovers for dinner!) The meal also came with fresh bread, Pickles and onions on the side, and two containers of sauce (Personally, when meat is that good it doesn’t need sauce).

This place is outstanding! All of the meats are extremely moist and tender. The brisket, pulled pork and chicken fajita are excellent. The ribs are absolutely phenomenal!!! Don't forget to try the Texas torpedoes, absolutely amazing! If you haven't been here yet, take some time and check out. It is worth every minute!
